With the different research that has done by industry, it has been shown that 90% of vehicle owners drive their car less than 40 miles per day. Auto manufacturers are producing vehicles that range from 40 -240 miles per charge.
Where do I charge my vehicle?
You will have the ability to charge at your residence or at a public station. Studies have shown that most charging will be done overnight. With the emerging market, you will also have the capabilities to charge at your workplace or anywhere you do business.
What will owning an electric vehicle do to help with greenhouse gases?
Greenhouse gas emissions make up 40 percent of city pollution. If you owned a zero emission battery electric vehicle, you would contribute to a carbon reduction of over 4 tons in less than one year.
What happens if I run out of electricity while I am driving?
All plug-in vehicles are equipped with battery monitoring capabilities. You will know far in advance when you need to charge. Also, most public charging stations will be listed via GPS and you will have the ability to identify where one is when you feel you need to charge.
